Q: How do I book a stay?
A: All bookings are made exclusively through our Airbnb listing. Simply click “Reserve” on our Airbnb page to check availability, confirm rates, and complete your booking securely.


Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?
A: Airbnb handles all payments, including any applicable security deposits. You’ll see the full breakdown of costs before confirming your reservation.


Q: Can I modify or cancel my booking?
A: Yes, modifications and cancellations can be managed directly through Airbnb, in line with the cancellation policy displayed on our listing.


 

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We’ll send you full check-in instructions via the Airbnb app before your stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request.


Q: How do I access the property?
A: Access is contactless and easy. Details, including key code or smart lock instructions, will be shared via Airbnb before arrival.


 

Q: Are linens and towels provided?
A: Yes, we provide high-quality bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels (where applicable) for all guests.


Q: Is there Wi-Fi?
A: Absolutely. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available at all of our properties.


Q: Is mid-stay cleaning available?
A: Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for longer bookings. Please send us a message via Airbnb to discuss options and availability.



 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
